Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and dealerships
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
