Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
