Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join our team in a contract role, working remotely from Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inbound calls, and assisting customers with various health-related inquiries. You will utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from the public and provide exceptional customer service

  • Assist customers with various health-related inquiries, utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve contractual turnaround times and meet customer expectations
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the information they need
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to ensure that customers receive the most accurate and helpful information

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that your home workspace meets the minimum requirements outlined below:

  • A desktop or laptop with the following specifications:

+ Windows 10 + Intel Core i5 processor or higher + 8GB Memory + 256GB Hard Drive + Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer + Headset connection hard wired (not wireless) + Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi) + 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection

  • A dedicated office space that will allow you to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
  • 2 monitors
  • Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
  • Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of health-related products or services
