About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Response Specialists to assist Driver Assistance Program customers with a range of safety services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Listen carefully and evaluate each caller's situation to provide appropriate solutions and resolve each call efficiently
• Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming manner

• Multitask to find answers while on the call with the customer
• React and respond decisively in emergency situations, reassuring and controlling difficult calls

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
