The Role: Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions

As a Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions, you'll be responsible for building strong client partnerships through solutions-selling, using data and insights to drive revenue growth. You'll lead scaled businesses within the Sporting Goods and Toy categories, identifying and securing advertising revenue from current and new clients. Your expertise will help establish key relationships with decision-makers, navigating complex organizational hierarchies to unlock incremental funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead scaled business of emerging brands within the Sporting Goods and Toy categories, driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying, and securing advertising revenue from both current and new clients.
  • Develop and deliver client strategy, negotiations, and proposal delivery, aligning Roundel products and services with client needs.
  • Act as a consultant and client advocate, providing solutions that deliver on client needs and driving meaningful results.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for your accounts, empowering internal partner teams to bring industry-leading solutions.
  • Provide monthly account updates, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts to Roundel leadership.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive org-wide or enterprise-wide impact.
  • Establish relationships with senior leaders across Target Enterprise to elevate Roundel's position in negotiations and/or JBPs.
  • Invest in others' development by onboarding, mentoring, and coaching junior/peer team members.

About You: The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital media sales, agency, and/or marketing experience. You have a deep understanding of the digital media environment, trends, and technologies, as well as the agency landscape. You're a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and opportunity identifier, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6-10 years of digital media sales, agency, and/or marketing experience
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M+
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends/technologies, and agency landscape
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and identify opportunities
  • Strong, succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with major brands and agencies
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing and advertising
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
