Key Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer information, including external data, internal research, site behaviors, and post-transaction data to identify significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories (40% of the role).
• Tactical Execution: Identify opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), data content, SEO, and post-transaction results through tactical execution (30% of the role).
• Promotional Activity: Execute system changes for promotional activity to support merchandising initiatives and events (15% of the role).
• Taxonomy Changes: Develop and execute taxonomy changes in the system necessary to support new onboarding and business changes (15% of the role).

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in areas such as customer experience, product content optimization, product management, financial analysis, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Proven results in driving customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to use data to understand customer behavior and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project planning skills to manage deliverable timelines.
• Advanced analytics aptitude and basic technical aptitude with web-based tools.
