Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Specialist to join our team. As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat on Amazon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and creating a positive experience that drives loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat on Amazon

  • Offer solutions to customer problems and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple incoming requests
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and Amazon's customer service platform
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
