Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer concerns and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on healthcare products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identifying and escalating critical customer issues to senior representatives
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting or a related industry

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
