What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues
- Assisting customers with billing concerns and ensuring the accuracy of their accounts
- Ensuring the appropriateness of social media content and maintaining a positive online presence
- Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
