Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and online chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, answering questions, and providing information about our products and services. You will also work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information about our products and services, including benefits, features, and pricing
  • Resolve complex customer issues, including billing and payment disputes
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve our services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with healthcare or insurance industry software and systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages commonly spoken by our customers
