Key Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize software used by blithequark to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products
• Work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• Proficient computer user and knowledge of internet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certified or equivalent experience
• Parts Counter or mechanics experience
• Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment
• Familiarity with customer service software and technology
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
