About JLL and Our Retail Property Management Team

JLL is a Fortune 500 company with operations in over 80 countries worldwide. Our Retail Property Management Team is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of retail shopping centers across GA and SC. As a Retail Property Manager, you'll play a critical role in maximizing asset value, driving NOI, and delivering exceptional client and tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, articulate, and implement business plans for assigned properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are maintained properly
• Build relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to retain current business and expand opportunities
• Support the leasing team and effectively communicate with brokers and agencies
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• SOURCE new business opportunities and develop relationships to drive growth

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential Qualifications:

• College graduate preferred
• GA Real Estate License required within 90 days
• At least 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple property responsibilities
• Strong understanding of retail property accounting principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:
