About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, suppliers, and Account Managers. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborating with suppliers and Account Managers to identify and source product solutions
• Processing customer orders, Return Material Authorizations, and Guaranteed Test Orders
• Maintaining accurate records and updating P21 portals to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Identifying and resolving root cause issues through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Developing a deep understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Diligent and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer operations, with the ability to learn new software programs and systems
• Experience in industrial fields, B2B sales, and customer service, with a strong understanding of cutting tools, abrasives, and MRO areas
• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
