The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing answers, conducting research, and triaging with other departments as needed

  • Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
  • Serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role

Minimum Requirements

* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of managed care, PBM contracts, and reimbursement issues
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
