Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark's exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers inside and outside a blithequark center with our products and services
• Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Moving and hooking up blithequark trucks and trailers
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring
• Filling propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
• Driving a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
• Participating in ongoing continuous blithequark education through blithequark University

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that requires moderate risks or discomforts, including working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

This role requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
