Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. This is a remote position, and you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales data, and other relevant information
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data cleaning, data analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data entry needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL)
