About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our Customer Listening Team, responsible for transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Architect, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement commercial business needs
- Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels
- Providing guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA
