Job Summary

As our Experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data science, leadership, and collaboration will be essential in driving our organization's success and achieving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data solutions, and analyze complex data sets
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster methodologies that meet business objectives within budget and timelines
• Oversee the execution of projects and ensure that assets are allocated effectively in accordance with strategic plans
• Stay up-to-date with new scientific techniques and innovations, and apply them to drive business growth and improvement
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development
• Develop and manage budgets for specific regions, and oversee financial planning to achieve business objectives

Essential Capabilities

* Experience with data analysis and statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and Hadoop

• Profound knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with open-source data science and analytics tools such as Python, R, and Tableau
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business environment
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline

• Experience communicating at the executive level
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading business initiatives
