  • Endowment Plans: Cover life risks and provide savings/huge amounts of money.
  • Pension Plans: Cover life risks and provide periodical payouts.
  • Investment Plans: Such as ULIPs, which offer Mutual Funds along with Life Cover.
  • Term Plans: Cover life risks at a minimal premium.
  • Health Plans: Cover hospital expenses along with life risk.

Key Responsibilities

As a part-time LIC agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting customers and selling them the LIC products they need.
  • Following up with customers to ensure policy renewals and maximize commission earnings.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships.

You will have the flexibility to work at your own pace, leveraging your existing network and skills to identify and engage with potential customers. Our comprehensive training and support will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in this role.

Remuneration and Incentives

As a part-time LIC agent, you will earn a commission-based income, with the potential to earn up to 35% as an incentive bonus for all your work. Our remuneration structure is designed to reward your performance and provide a steady income stream. The commission cycle is twice a month, on the 1st and 16th.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • Policies with Terms of more than 15 years: 25%+10%(bonus) commission for all the first-year premiums, followed by 7.5% in the second and third years, and 5% every year throughout the policy term.
  • Term 10-14 years: 20%+8%(bonus) for 1st-year premium, followed by 7.5% in the second and third years, and 5% every year throughout the policy term.
  • Term 5-9 years: 10%+4%(bonus) for 1st-year premium, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term.
  • Other terms: Commission is based on the products.
