Key Responsibilities

• Implement plan-o-gram updates, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, and assist in store remodels or tag products with security materials
• Service multiple locations and customers on a reoccurring basis within a predetermined territory
• Work independently onsite at our retailer locations, reporting directly to a District Manager
• Manage your time effectively, accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos, and travel expenses in a timely manner
• Utilize smartphone technology to stay connected and complete tasks efficiently
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
• Maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in all work practices
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Smartphone technology knowledge (e.g., using apps to report on work hours, photos, and travel expenses)
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A high level of ethics and integrity in all work practices
• Self-motivation and organization, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Being at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Previous merchandising or retail experience
• Familiarity with plan-o-gram updates and visual merchandising principles
• Experience working with retail management teams and providing excellent customer service
