Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving business growth, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile Technology team to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.

• Grow your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
