People Architects is excited to partner with our Orange County based client as we recruit for a Part Time (20- 25 hours weekly) Email Marketing Specialist . Our client is a growing D2C tech-enabled consumer products company that acquires and evolves e-commerce brands into household brands. fast-growing holding company that currently owns and operates digitally native brands. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your focus will be to engage and retain customers, promote innovative products, and drive conversions through strategic email, SMS, and marketing automation campaigns. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in crafting and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and contributing to the brand’s continued growth and success. Job Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and schedule engaging email marketing, SMS, and automation campaigns. • Design emails and SMS marketing with a mix of live text and images, adhering to best practices. • Manage testing processes to ensure high campaign performance and reliability. • Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to create compelling templates and marketing assets. • Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. • Stay updated on industry best practices, anti-spam regulations, and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Take on additional responsibilities as defined by management to support overall marketing objectives. Qualifications (Required and Preferred): • 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing. • Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with graphic design tools or working closely with designers is a plus.
