Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our Service Business Development Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Working closely with Service Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Providing world-class customer service to our valued customers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Organizational, detailed, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required

Work Environment

Compensation

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles

Location

We're only considering candidates who are residents of Texas, with a strong preference for those who are familiar with the automotive industry.
