Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and meets their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm
  • Familiarity with Office Works Programs and other industry-specific software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the energy industry and its products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
