Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence management. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests

  • Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
  • Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
  • Output, print, and list reports as needed
  • Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
  • Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
  • Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
  • Assist other staff members with related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Knowledge of office software and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
