Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Live Chat Support: Engage with subscribers via live chat to assist them with various data entry tasks, including updating account information, resolving billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will provide timely and accurate responses to ensure a positive interaction with every subscriber.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and update subscriber data within blithequark's systems while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations. You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of subscriber data, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and compliance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive interaction with every subscriber. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution. You will ensure that all interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with blithequark's standards and policies. You will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, technical support, and billing departments, to address subscriber needs effectively. You will work closely with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
