The Role
As a Payroll Specialist in our APAC region, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance and Payroll team in delivering accurate and timely data entry services via live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision and attention to detail
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and platforms
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions
- Input and update customer information and account details with precision

Desired Candidate Profile:
