Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive world-class service. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer experiences, and supporting our Service Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure efficient communication with customers.
  • Handle overflow inbound service calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide accurate information and support.
