About the Role

Your role will be to educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. Key Responsibilities

• Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
• Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Provide empathetic and member-centric service that exceeds our members' expectations
• Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
• Demonstrate adaptability, empathy, and patience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Ability to apply patience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Adaptability to changing situations and priorities
• Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
• Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Customer Service experience in a healthcare or related industry
• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
