Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Register customer purchases on designated sales registers, handling cash, processing transactions, and managing returns, exchanges, and discounts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services, making recommendations to customers and suggesting complementary items.
  • Uphold blithequark's client support best practices, modeling excellent interpersonal skills, and adhering to company service values.
  • Perform various tasks, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Operate with integrity, adhering to company policies, and complying with state and local regulations regarding controlled items.
  • Participate in training programs, completing assigned tasks and developing skills to excel in your role.
  • Take on additional responsibilities, such as managing online orders, providing support in the photo area, and contributing to store maintenance.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekend hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous work experience with blithequark.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
