Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications daily through various channels, including phone and email, to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Utilize contact search and productivity tools to maintain accurate contact information and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular health checks with customers to assess their satisfaction levels, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries intelligently and resolve objections.
  • Document and track customer feedback and quantifiable measurements through multiple touchpoints, including surveys, phone calls, and emails, using our CRM and other computer systems.
  • Capture and analyze the "Voice of the Customer" to identify trends, concerns, and areas for improvement, and initiate appropriate actions to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to promote a positive customer experience, sharing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer service or success.
  • A proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas or goals, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing high-volume calling and a strong comfort level with learning new technologies and data analysis.
  • Process orientation and the ability to follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work from home, adhering to our remote work policies and maintaining high productivity levels.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
