• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master degree preferred).• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior role.• In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
