About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assoc Manager, Front End Operations to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retail excellence. As a Front End Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensing pharmacy, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of pharmacy technicians in a fast-paced dispensing pharmacy environment.
  • Implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of prescription information and patient healthcare information.
  • Serve as a primary source of information for internal and external customer questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy management to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed technician in the state of Ohio or be willing to become so.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in supervising pharmacy technicians.
  • Experience in long-term care or equivalent industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Certification in pharmacy management or a related field.
