Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment and be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to deliver an unsurpassed level of customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our company is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders.
  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders, and maintain accurate records as per Stryker specifications.
  • Communicate Effectively: Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information about processes and procedures to customers, and provide clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assist in additional team and organizational projects as required.
  • Demonstrate Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments, and provide support beyond standard hours as needed.
  • Analyze and Problem-Solve: Analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Service Experience: Desire to provide best-in-class customer service and support.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
