Job Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager at AT&T, you'll partner with our Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in North Little Rock, AR. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing and coaching a team of retail sales consultants, and ensuring that our customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales and promote our products and services
  • Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience with our products and services
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Champion change and drive results through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Familiarity with AT&T products and services
