Job Summary

As an Apple Support Advisor - Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support through phone, chat, and email channels. You will assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and troubleshooting, ensuring prompt issue resolution and a seamless support experience. Key Responsibilities
