Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Taking inbound calls and answering questions to provide solutions and simplify their healthcare experience
- Offering empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a positive and productive manner
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
