The Role

- Assisting with third-party connections when required, ensuring seamless communication
- Seamlessly connecting clients with interpreters for their conference calls, facilitating effective communication

Remote Work Details
We're open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area. As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic team. Our comprehensive paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Comprehensive paid training provided (8 hours/day for two weeks)
- Commitment to a chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Must provide proof of internet speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Desirable Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- College education
- More than one year of call center experience

Available Shifts

- If hired, completion of the US Immigration Customs and Enforcement I-9 document via a remote process is necessary
