The Job

As a customer service representative at Ski Butlers Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll play a crucial role in delivering legendary service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customers' accommodations
• Providing equipment support to guests throughout their stay
• Picking up equipment after guests' final day on the mountain
• Interacting with customers to ensure a memorable experience
• Packing orders for future deliveries
• Basic ski tuning, waxing, and general maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop
• Restocking vans with extra equipment
• Answering and making calls to customers

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
