Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our valued customers, resolving complaints, and generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Job Responsibilities

  • Providing inbound phone-based customer service to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing relationships with customers to generate additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Resolving complex customer issues, processing orders, and completing various administrative projects as needed in the operation of the Call Center.
  • Communicating with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products, including providing detailed product information and resolving any issues related to product usage.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple computer applications and technology tools, including Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel, to efficiently navigate and complete tasks.
  • Achieving detailed knowledge and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our products and policies to provide expert service to our highly valued customers.
  • Adapting to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience; strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information.
  • Proven customer service skills to provide top-notch, outstanding customer service to our customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger and highly supportive team.
  • Ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods of time.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements for Remote Work

  • A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions of any kind conducive to phone-based customer service support.
  • Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections that consistently provide minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second.
  • Schedule flexibility to work the required hours, including evenings and weekends.

Training and Development

We provide an in-depth, fully paid 2.5-week training program to all selected candidates. The training schedule is from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. During this period, you'll receive comprehensive training on our products, policies, and procedures, as well as hands-on experience in our Call Center environment.
