As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner

• Inputting state unemployment insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed, such as data verification and reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client and company information
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data entry and processing

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of data entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
