Position Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Advanced Math Instructor and Tutor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-on-one and group instruction, develop strong relationships with parents, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students of varying skill levels and learning styles
• Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions and work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
• Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment
• Assist with non-teaching and instructional tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

• A passion for math and working with students
• Exceptional math competency through Calculus and Statistics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks and responsibilities
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or education
• Familiarity with educational software and technology
• Experience working with students of varying skill levels and learning styles

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
