Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Specialist to provide on-site technical support at our client’s facility in Saltillo. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical guide for installation personnel, ensuring proper interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with international and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site electrical guidance to installation teams
• Interpret and validate electrical diagrams provided by the client in China
• Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation
• Create and maintain open-point lists and track resolution progress
• Communicate effectively in English with the client in China and the site manager regarding required diagram updates
• Ensure alignment between field conditions and documentation
• Support the implementation of corrective actions and technical adjustments

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical systems and industrial installations
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Basic computer proficiency (no EPLAN required)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international coordination
• Availability to work on-site in Saltillo on a temporary basis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
