Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
- Selling top fitness products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
- Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied and loyal to our brand
- Making recommendations and introducing customers to our VIP Family perks, making them feel like valued members of our community
- Collaborating with our sales team to achieve sales goals and targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our business
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
- Remote/Work From Home experience a plus
- Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
- Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
- Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
- An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the fitness industry or a related field
- Knowledge of running and walking products and services
- Experience with sales and customer service software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
