Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power Bi Reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in SQL SSIS development, PowerBi report data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
• A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
• Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.

• SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI (SSIS, Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
• Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines
• Azure Data Services, Dataverse, SharePoint
• Bonus: Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices
