About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. This will involve:

  • Handling customer service tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone
  • Providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
  • Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Performing basic administrative tasks as required by our clients
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer service tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone

  • Provide timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
  • Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles, although not required to be customer service specifically

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all interactions
