About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. This will involve:
- Handling customer service tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone
- Providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
- Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Performing basic administrative tasks as required by our clients
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
Key Responsibilities:
