Job Summary

As a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft Advertising, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products and features that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and drive go-to-market strategies. You'll also collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and articulate product strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and customer engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to develop and launch new products and features
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business results
• Analyze data and market trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive go-to-market strategies and tactics to ensure successful product launches
• Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven product decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on web and cloud application development
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement through product innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and web application development principles
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
• Experience with cloud-based development platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
