Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Microsoft Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Microsoft users via various communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Guide customers through solutions, troubleshoot complex problems, and escalate issues to senior support specialists when necessary.
  • Record and Track Customer Issues: Accurately document and track customer issues in our internal system, ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries, share knowledge, and drive process improvements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Product Updates: Stay current with product updates, new features, and emerging trends to provide informed support and guidance to customers.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Customer Service or Technical Support Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Products: Familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Windows and Office Suite, is a plus.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts is required.
