As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technical recruitment efforts, focusing on key engineering and operational functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Effective Recruitment Strategies: Partner with hiring leaders to identify and attract top talent, focusing on key engineering and operational functions across the organization.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize professional internet platforms to source candidates, create and post job listings on various job boards, and perform pre-screening phone calls and video interviews with candidates.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline of Quality Prospective Candidates: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of talent for our clients.
  • Manage Multiple Job Requisitions Simultaneously: Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including sending recruiting emails with current job openings to prospects and adding prospective candidates to the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in Weekly Company Conference Calls: Participate in weekly company conference calls, staying up-to-date on company news, initiatives, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management and Organization Skills: Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and meet expectations.
  • Self-Starter and Resourcefulness: Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness, with the ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude and Business Focus: Must have a positive attitude that is focused on building business, with a proactive and independent approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Recruitment Experience: Experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • Applicant Tracking System Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications or training in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
