Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualizing and developing designs and layouts
• Create strong visual designs that cater to a diverse range of tasks and projects
• Demonstrate adaptable design skills in branding, typography, and packaging
• Pitch innovative ideas to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators
• Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and technical standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market insights
• Proactively solve problems with persistence and intelligence
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with peers and establishing a sense of teamwork
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Contribute to team collaboration by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
• Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A strong understanding of design principles and print production
• The ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in typography and design skills

• Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Macintosh and Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
